Clinical anamnesis with survey of complaints, history, family anamnesis

At the first presentation

Physical examination

At regular intervals and as needed

Osteopathic-chirotherapeutic findings

During the initial examination and during the course of treatment

Special laboratory analysis

  • metabolic profiles
  • Mineral analysis, vitamins, amino acids
  • Immune status, inflammatory parameters
  • gut profiles
  • coagulation analysis
  • neurostress profile
  • Hormone analysis (in saliva, blood, urine)
  • food intolerances
  • heavy metal pollution
  • Oral stress profiles

Heart rate variability measurement (HRV)

The HRV diagnostics serve as a therapy orientation at the beginning of the treatment as well as in the follow-up and provides valuable information about the current resilience in relation to special stimulus processing. The HRV measurement gives an insight into the function of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. The current regulatory ability of the organism is recorded. Risk profiles for cardiovascular diseases can also be created.

Blood gas analysis (BGA)

The BGA provides information about important metabolic parameters, such as acidification, base deficits, function of the mitochondria, oxygen supply.

dark field microscopy

Dark field microscopy can give an insight into the nature of our "ground substance". A light-optical evaluation of standardized examination criteria (in relation to red and white blood cells and other microscopic blood components) can be used to make statements about the current tissue condition. It is a valuable method for initial therapeutic considerations and for therapy control.
